After the réception of your order, we ensure the delivery of our products into two, three weeks,
The cost of freight is applied according to the volumetric weight of the package and its destination: France, European Union and Rest of the World.
Customs duties, import fees and taxes
For French overseas departments and territories and countries outside the European Union, customs duties, fees or local import taxes may be required by the tax or customs authorities. Their payment remains in all cases the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns
Damage due to transport
Upon delivery, the customer or their representative must check the goods in the presence of a haulier authorized for the purposes thereof. In the case of damage due to transport, the customer, in their capacity as addressee, must expressly notify the haulier of their reservations within the designated lead time, and send a copy to Les Dessinés Papiers-Peints, which reserves the right to refuse the return, refund or replacement of the products.
Cooling-off period
Non-professional individual consumers have a 14-day cooling-off period following the delivery of their order if they wish to return the product to the seller for a replacement or refund, with no penalty except for the return postage costs. You do not have to justify your return or pay any penalties, except for the return shipping costs.
You will be refund after checking that the returned goods are in perfect condition in their original packaging. They must not have been used or deteriorated, even minimally, and they must be perfectly clean.
Bespoke projects cannot be returned.
Manufacturing defect
Naturally, if one of our products has a defect we will exchange or refund the full amount at our expense, including shipping.
